Pear tincture on alcohol: recipes for a wonderful drink

Recipe number 1. A simple version of the tincture
At home, this version of pear alcohol can even cook novice winemakers. You only need fresh 1 ripe pear (if there are no quality raw materials at hand, then you can do with dried fruit, taken in double proportion) and a liter of quality vodka. The fruit is finely chopped, put in a glass jar or bottle, pour alcohol-based, add nutmeg on the tip of a knife.

Lovers of sweet alcohol can be advised to add a little honey or sugar syrup to the mixture. After "sweetening" the drink is allowed to infuse for another couple of days.

longer. You will need a tincture to make it:
- pears of all kinds - 1 kg.;
- alcohol or vodka - 500 ml;
- sugar - 100 city. (Optional);
- water - half a glass.
The fruit must be washed, divide into 2 parts, remove bones, make a pulp from the flesh and skin (can be passed through a meat grinder or grated on a grater). The finished mass is placed in a glass vessel, add vodka, stir well and remove for a month in the heat. The drink should be shaken every few days.
As soon as the pear tincture is ready, it is passed through a filter, add chilled sugar syrup. After this, the drink should stand still 2-4 days. Serve chilled.
It is very easy to prepare sugar syrup for this drink. You need to mix granulated sugar with water in the specified proportions, put on low heat and bring to a boil. The component is considered ready then, when it stops foaming.
Recipe number 3. Spicy pear tincture
Tincture of juicy fruits can be supplemented with various spices. For a drink will be needed:
- fresh pears - 1 kg;
- mint leaves - 4-6 PC.;
- ginger - 10-20 city.;
- alcohol - 500 ml;
- sugar - optional.
The fruit is cut into slices, taught in the bank. Pour chopped ginger and mint on top. Can be done by 2 alternating fruit and spicy layers. The components are filled with alcohol, and the container is closed with a lid.
The alcoholic beverage will be infused 7-10 days. After this, it is passed through a filter, add sugar if desired and leave for a few more days.
