Gradually, you will be able to memorize the required sequence and number of ingredients, needed to cook smoked chicken eggs, and you will no longer need the recipe.

Smoked chicken eggs can be served for breakfast, dinner, dinner, as well as for the festive table and buffet. One of the ways to cook smoked eggs is a classic recipe. In the future, you can add or remove components from the warehouse at your discretion, but for cooking for the first time, follow this simple recipe. The main ingredient is eggs. You can cook any amount, but consider the proportions of spices and seasonings. One of the important ingredients in cooking smoked chicken eggs is liquid smoke, which gives the dish an incredible aroma and taste. The following components will also be required:

  • fresh chicken eggs in quantity 5-6 things;
  • 0,5 liters of water;
  • 1 half an onion or a small onion;
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar;
  • 2 teaspoons of salt;
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger;
  • sweet pepper in quantity 5-6 peas;
  • 2 tablespoons onion peel;
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke.

How the cooking process takes place

The recipe is simple. Put water on a burning fire and wait for it to boil. You need to finely chop the onion and mix it with spices and seasonings, then add to a saucepan of boiling water.

Then you need to put the required amount of onions and cook close 3-4 minutes after boiling. Then remove the pan from the heat, strain, leave to cool completely and add liquid smoke.

While the cooked mixture is cooled, you need to boil the eggs, peel them and put in a saucepan with the mixture.
