The following recipes for cranberry drinks are easy to prepare. If you follow the recipe and the right ratio of ingredients, you will definitely get a delicious liqueur, which will surprise guests on any holiday.

Recipe number 1, or classic cranberry liqueur

It is better for novice winemakers to use the classic recipe for topping with cranberries. It should be noted, that this drink does not need an alcohol base. You will need to prepare the liqueur:

  • berry - 0,5 kg .;
  • water - 0,5 l .;
  • granulated sugar - 700 city.

Cranberries should be placed in a glass bottle with a wide neck, pre-kneading with a spoon or hands. It is not necessary to wash raw materials, as on a cover of berries there is a thin layer of wild yeast, without which the fermentation process may not begin. Sugar is added to cranberries, water, and then the resulting mass is mixed well, the neck of the bottle is pulled with gauze. The raw material is left for several days in a dark room at room temperature. Periodically stir the mass.

If after a few days the berries do not begin to ferment, then you need to pour a handful of raisins into the mass (it does not need to be washed) or fruit leaven.

When the infusion begins to ferment, a medical glove is put on the neck of the bottle, making a small hole in one of the fingers, and leave the drink on 40 days. Over time, the tincture is passed through cotton wool and gauze, bottled, put in the refrigerator for long-term storage.

If the infusion does not seem strong enough, in the finished product you can add a little diluted alcohol - no more 10% of the total amount of infusion.

Recipe number 2. Cranberries on vodka

It will take you much less time to prepare this liqueur. According to the recipe and ingredients, the drink is more like a tincture. You will need the following components:

  • berries - 500 city .;
  • diluted alcohol or vodka - 1 l .;
  • water - 1 l .;
  • granulated sugar - 1 kg;
  • dried mint - 2 leaflet (to taste);
  • crushed rhizomes of foxglove - 1 h. l. (to taste).

Instead of sugar you can take honey - the main thing, keep the same proportions.

Cranberries need to be washed, remove the stalks, Thoroughly mash the raw material with a rolling pin or pass it through a meat grinder. In the resulting mass you need to add spices (mint and pansy), pour all the alcohol, stir, close the jar with a lid and leave on 1,5-2 weeks in a dark place. While the cranberries are infused with vodka, you will need to make sugar syrup (pour water into the pan, add sugar, bring the solution to a boil, cook for a few minutes, and then cool). It is mixed with the infusion the day before the end of infusion, again close the jar with a lid and keep more 1-1,5 weeks.

As soon as the drink is ready, it will need to be passed through cotton wool and gauze. Cranberry liqueur is served slightly chilled.

Cranberries can be prepared and strong, male tincture, in which there is no sugar. To do this, you will need to take 0,5 kg of berries, grind them, add alcohol, stir and leave on 2 weeks in a dark place. As soon as the drink is ready, it is filtered, bottled for long-term storage. The liqueur on alcohol has a pronounced acidity, which muffles the smell and taste of alcohol.
