Decryption of the abbreviation "Computer" and the list is included in this section of the documentation
When considering design materials, related to construction work, customers often meet with abbreviations and symbols that are understandable only to design specialists. This fully applies to the documentation, related to power supply design (electricity projects). According to the current regulatory framework, the presence of the section "Power supply system" in the set of design documentation for any object, which is under construction.
In the general form of the album of design documentation for the power supply of any object is assigned a designation (abbreviation) ES. In this album, usually, included sections (transcript):
- EM - power electrical equipment;
- EO - internal electric lighting;
- EN - external electric lighting.
Depending on the volume of construction documentation and its complexity, individual sections may be combined. Such an association is the appearance in the album of project materials on electricity and lighting of a special section with the abbreviation PC (transcript - "Design of internal electrical equipment and lighting").
Decryption of the PC section
The PC section is included in the project in the process of developing working documentation. It is included:
- Output data.
- Text documentation.
- Graphic materials.
- List of used regulatory documentation.
Documentation design, which is part of the PC section, begin only in the presence of the following materials (source data):
- Specifications (THAT), received from the organization, which will provide electricity to the facility.
- Floor plans and requirements for power supply, received from the developers of related sections of the project.
- Terms of reference (TZ) for the development of the object.
After receiving the initial data, the actual design process begins. Thus at first the category of reliability of system of power supply is defined and all information on loading from consumers gathers. After that, the structure of the power supply system of the facility is determined and the basic schemes of electrical networks of all facilities and switchgear are developed.. in addition, measures must be taken,which exclude electric shock. Developed documentation and is the main content of the PC section.
Contents of the text documentation of the PC section
The set of text documentation of the PC section includes:
- Sheet of coordination of the PC section with interested and controlling organizations.
- Terms.
- Legend.
- explanatory note, in which it is given:
- detailed substantiation of the chosen scheme of power supply of the object;
- all characteristics of power supply sources, which will be used when connecting the facility to public utility networks;
- requirements for the reliability and quality of the power supply system;
- details of the electrical receivers used, their estimated and installed capacity;
- description of technical solutions, designed to compensate for reactive power and ensure operation (management, automation and dispatching) power supply systems;
- technical solutions, with the help of which the power supply of the object is provided in working and emergency modes;
- data on power characteristics of transformer and network electric receivers;
- data on protective earthing and lightning protection;
- description of emergency and working lighting system;
- backup information (additional) power sources;
- measures to save and reserve electricity;
- performance characteristics of cable products and lighting fixtures, intended for use in the construction of the object.
A set of graphic documentation for the PC section
Album of graphic documentation, included in the PC section includes:
- One-line scheme of transformer substation.
- Schemes (single-line) input and distribution devices.
- Cable line route plan, compiled on a geo-basis .
- Schematic diagram of electricity supply to consumers from all power sources.
- Layout of power equipment for switchboard facilities and in the transformer substation itself.
- Schemes of lightning protection and earthing devices.
- The scheme of organization of entrances to the building of power cables.
- Schematic diagram of the lighting network, including emergency.
- Specification of materials, equipment and components.
- Cable magazine.
Regulatory documentation, which is used in the development of the PC section
Strict observance of norms and requirements guarantees safe and trouble-free operation of the power supply system of any object, stipulated in the existing regulatory documentation. Prominent among a large number of mandatory regulations:
- Building codes and regulations (SNiP), including:
- SNiP 3.05.06 — 85 "Electrical devices".
- SNiP 23-05-95 "Natural and artificial lighting".
- SNiP 21-01-97 "Fire safety of buildings and structures".
- "Rules of the device of electric installations" (PUE);
- WITH 153-34.21.122-2003 "Instructions for the installation of lightning protection of buildings, buildings and industrial communications ".
