  • for gas stoves this figure may increase to 20 (due to the increased flow of combustion products, compared to an electric hob, over which there is evaporation only from food, that is being prepared);
  • over the electric stove - to 15.

So., for kitchen with a gas stove, the power value will be: L x B x H x 10 = 4,5 X 3 X 2,7 X 15 = 546,75 m3 / year. It is recommended to make a small power reserve over the estimated when operating fans with maximum load.
