PVC fittings for internal sewers

  • after cutting the pipes into segments of the required size, it is recommended to process their ends. The ends should not have burrs, be rough. You can use sandpaper for this.   • the ends when stripping should not be wet;

Step-by-step installation of the connecting fitting, which has a rubber sealing ring, such:

  1. First of all, the coupling must be cleaned of dust.
  2. You need to make sure of that, that the rubber sealing ring is located correctly.
  3. In the third stage, it is recommended to use a marker. You will need it for that, to mark the depth of the PVC pipe, on which the connecting element will be mounted.
  4. Then on the inner surface of the fitting it is necessary to apply a sealing material based on silicone. It is recommended to carry out this work carefully, as excessive consumption of sealing material will affect the financial costs.
  5. At the last stage it is necessary to connect the sewer fitting with the pipe. Docking is carried out along the previously specified marker line.
